| For some reason I got really into chewing gum. First, I decided to use it as a way to document conversations, and I saved the gum in little boxes. Then, with the pep talks and my interest in self-improvement, I developed Bubble Gum Therapy. The idea being that chewing gum increases your ability to focus on an idea or issue if you channel its rhythm. Then, at the end of the process, you get to spit your gum out. |
